I've led Merchandising and Product Organizations at Tommy Hilfiger, The North Face, Nike, and Gap Int'l, managing multi-billion $/€ portfolios across Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, & Close-to-Body. My career has focused on one challenge: taking complex global businesses and creating the clarity, structure, and product vision required to accelerate growth. At Tommy Hilfiger, I transformed a mature Men's business into a €1.6B global growth engine. By rebuilding the E2E product creation process, evolving into a unified Global Product Kitchen model, and integrating APP, FTW, ACC, and Underwear into the first-ever "World of Men's", we delivered sustained growth, expanded Int'l Markets from 31% to 50% of the business, and achieved double-digit growth during one of the most disruptive periods in retail history. At Nike, I helped establish Merchandising as a strategic function within Nike SPW Apparel, contributing to the growth of a $3.5B+ business that became Nike's #1 Apparel division. Working across 170+ countries, I partnered with Product, Design, and Commercial Teams to build scalable global strategies, channel architectures, and tiered product frameworks that balanced innovation with commercial performance. At The North Face, I led Global Product Management for a $2.7B+ Apparel business, unifying regional product strategies into a single global operating model while contributing to a new product architecture designed to unlock future growth beyond the brand's traditional strengths.
