With over 5 years of dedicated experience, I specialize in managing and implementing various initiatives aimed at enhancing the livelihoods of cocoa farming communities. In my work as KKFU sustainability and project Officer, I have gained the following experiences: 🔹Leading and supervising diverse projects including Village Savings and Loans, Child Labor Remediation Systems, and Child Protection Programs among farmer groups. 🔹 Proficient in designing and implementing agroforestry programs to promote sustainable farming practices. 🔹 Well-versed in cocoa certification programs such as Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance, ensuring adherence to international standards. 🔹Training Farmers on Good Agricultural Practices to improve production
1. Developing and implementing internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Fairtrade and Rainforest Cocoa Standards in my district 2. Conducting training sessions for 700 to 800 farmers on Climate Smart Agriculture, pest control, and soil conservation, resulting in a 25% increase in crop yields 3.
