Mr. Zahn began his legal career right out of law school with the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society and worked n both the Family Court and Criminal divisions. (84-87). In 1987 he was employed by CNA Insurance Company as part of their "in house" counsel group of attorneys up until 1989 when he went out on his own into private practice where he has remained since. His practice of law is limited to only Legal Malpractice, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Serious Personal Injury and Appeal cases. The office is very selective in taking on cases which often proceed to trial because of low ball offers for our clients to obtain justice. This selective case selection has allowed the office to provide each of our client's with the utmost in professional dedication, time and quality of care that their particular case deserves. After a year and a half in the Family Court division, Mr. Zahn transferred to the Criminal Division. Mr. Zahn represented individuals charged with felonies, misdemeanors and violations of the New York State Penal Law and Vehicle and Traffic Law.

Mr. Zahn's duties included performing legal research for the Court, drafting of legal decisions on motions and after hearings or trials, reviewing recommendations and decisions of referee's and then drafting the court's order either approving or over ruling the recommendations.
