      Head of the Technical Services Department where I looked after Product Support, Revamps, Field Services, and Technical Documentation. My role was to manage the following departments within Services in Southern Africa. Field Services - the team consists of 28 People who have various functions from Field Service Manager (1), Field Service Representatives (18), Site Artisans (6), and Proposals Team (3). Product Support – the current team consists of 7 Engineers and their main function is to support mostly the Revamps, Spare Parts, Production, and Field Service departments with all relevant technical information. We did various designs for the service side of the business. Technical Documentation – the current team consists of 4 Illustrators with a focus on spare parts manuals, and operation and maintenance manuals. Revamps – Mining. The team is currently 3 Project managers, and our focus is mining-type revamps and complex Field Service work. I was responsible for all aspects of these departments’ budgets and setting the relevant KPIs. I also developed a Field Service Application together with an external service provider. This was an investment to digitalize our field service offering to our client. We do inspections and site work from a tablet; the report is available after the work is completed.
