Engaging with customers to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products Conducting product demonstrations or presentations to clients and potential customers Resolving product-related issues in a timely manner
Performing inspections of electronic products, systems and components to ensure they meet specified standards Documenting and reporting inspection results, and maintaining records of inspection and test data Collaborating with production teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process
