- Responsible for the day to day processing requirements of Wholesale Banking Lending - Works with Amsterdam and London Stakeholders, receives instruction, guidance and direction from leads and other senior team members - Ensure smooth loan processing, documentation and compliance - Identified discrepancies in loan transactions, perform quality checks and escalate potential risks to appropriate teams/individuals
- Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for retail clients jn line with internal policies and global AML/ KYC regulations - Review and verify customer identity, ownership structure and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) using official documentation and external databases - Perform PEP, sanctions, and adverse media screening to identify potential financial crime risks - Assess customer profiles and assign risk ratings based on risk based approach and regulatory requirements - Execute periodic reviews and KYC refresh activities ensuring customer data is complete, accurate and up to date - Identify, investigate and escalate high risk or suspicious cases to compliance - Regulatory Compliance - Maintain accurate KYC records in compliance with internal and regulatory standards

Assists on the end to end process of recruitment: a. Sources applicants via online, partnership with schools/universities, job fairs and etc. b. Coordinates with the company’s manpower service providers. c. Screens, schedules and interviews applicants. d. Endorsing applicants to department heads for final interview e. Conducts background check investigation f. Prepares 201 file for new employee(s) g. Coordinates with training department for new hire orientation h. Creates contracts and have it signed by General Manager i. Processes new hire forms and forward to Compensation and Benefits department j. Updates and monitors new hire report Employee Assistance: Performs several administrative tasks like encoding, filing, answering phone calls and emails. Other tasks: Checks agency billings; Creates company ID for new hires; Maintains and updates employees’ database; Do inventory for company uniform.
