I'm a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SparkUs (www.sparkus.com), an innovative digital coaching platform revolutionizing the way entry and mid-level corporate employees access coaching and professional development. As a leader in our B2B business development efforts, I oversee R&D and software development, ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum impact for our clients. With a background in design management, I pioneered the creation of SparkUs in 2011 by transforming a traditional face-to-face service into a gamified, self-service digital coaching platform. My designs have streamlined the coaching process, reducing costs by 80% per person while empowering employees with a user-friendly and engaging experience. Prior to SparkUs, I served as a Design Management consultant for several SMEs, helping them reshape their brands and align their innovation and design efforts with future visions. I'm passionate about designing the future and eager to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, HR professionals, and business leaders seeking innovative HR solutions or business design mentoring.
