I am an IT professional using a variety of technologies {Hibernate, Wicket, Maven, SVN, Eclipse, PL/SQL Developer, JDBC, AngularJS}. I work in project management, analysis, programming, and database implementation/design. Over the past five years, I have managed > 30 interns/contractors working on implementing 3 new costing applications for our business partners. My role is to assist the interns in accomplishing their short term goals while also helping them navigate the corporate world and gain valuable hands on coding experience. I create the project plan, provide solutions, assign tasks, and develop the applications alongside the interns/contractors. Through direct communication with our business partners, I ascertain the requirements needed and plan accordingly.
