During that time I’ve supported recruitment agencies in hiring and scaling teams from entry-level consultants through to Director level across the UK, EU, US, Dubai and APAC. Alongside recruitment, I’ve worked closely with People and Strategy teams to improve internal processes, build onboarding and training frameworks, and create clear career progression pathways. I’m also a big believer in the power of collaboration between Talent Acquisition and Marketing to strengthen employer brand, candidate engagement and personal branding. My background covers global talent leadership, internal recruitment strategy and Rec2Rec consulting across the Tech, Digital, Finance, FinTech, CleanTech and MedTech markets, supporting teams across London, New York, Miami, Austin, Dubai, Sydney and Auckland.
