1. Leading the establishment, capacity building, and day-to-day operation of the Entity's Project Management Office (PMO) based on the best PM International Standards. Spearheading the growth and development of the PMO into an international team of more than 375 professionals at the peak which oversees Programs. Monitoring the performance; overseeing delivery; enforcing policies and procedures; ensuring quality; and managing cost, capacity and utilization. 2. Leading the establishment of a new Facility Management (FM) department to manage more than 30 O&M Contracts to maintain the Entity's Facilities spread-out along the KSA territory.
