Establish a comprehensive events calendar by finding and evaluating event and sponsorship Lead all aspects of the planning and execution process for our event calendar, for both external events and our pillar internal events Develop and manage a comprehensive events and sponsorship budget in partnership with the Head of Brand & Comms Ensure we are setup to successfully measure the impact of our participation in various events or partnerships Partner with our PR & Comms Manager to coordinate speaking opportunities Work closely with our Sales and Growth & Acquisition teams on setting and achieving lead generation goals from events with KPIs and ROI metrics in place Create, coordinate, and execute promotion and communication plans related to events both in-person or virtual, including event emails, landing pages, and supplemental collateral where necessary Coordinate with our Creative team to develop event creative, including marketing assets, videos, collateral, signage, etc. Manage and build relationships with vendors and external agencies Collaborate with our Product Marketing team on the strategy behind our live events and on-demand virtual webinars Work in partnership with our Community team to set the vision and strategy for customer events and meet-ups to engage our growing customer base
• Created a budgeting system to track expenses and ensure costs savings on granular and high-level expenses. • Planned and managed a successful Next Wave conference, a 200-person educational and networking event at the Roosevelt Hotel. Collaborated with AV, design team, third party vendors and senior leadership. • Executed and managed the annual Publisher Meeting, a 100-person literary event, coordinating all staff and third party vendors. Successfully orchestrated the first virtual Publisher Meeting, reaching 200 virtual and global attendees. • Led and facilitated webinars ranging from 10-200 participants. Ran data spreadsheets for webinars, capturing attendee information and creating reports to show engagement levels for each webinar. • Executed setup for all external conference booths and meetings taking place in the United States and Europe. • Implemented new events procedures and guidelines to measure and track success, allowing organization to optimize event participation and planning. • Headed a new committee to write an ethics policy for obtaining controversial collections for all platforms, focusing on the company’s Diversity and Inclusivity initiative.
