I pride myself on the ability to effectively manage a team and a professional sporting retail store and continuously bringing new ideas to AFL merchandise whilst stepping out of the box and developing new initiatives in the merchandise field and breaking milestones in retail as a club which is recognised worldwide yet understanding and maintaining our tradition which is full of history.
