I’m a dedicated educator with a background in English Language Teaching Theory and Methodology, and two years of teaching at the university level. I’m eager to deepen my expertise in educational management to contribute innovative research and impactful strategies in educational systems.
Education System Management Leadership
Work closely with families to understand the problems they face, identify practical solutions that allow the children to attend school or find decent work, and build trust and offer hand-ons support to implement the solutions in collaboration with the family. Manage the Breaking Barriers online English Program: Recruit and onboard new teachers, observe and give feedback to teachers and support them with materials and classroom management.
Teaching academic English to non-English majors. Working on curriculum development and assessment design projects.
