Coast Mental Health supports, advocates for, and promotes the recovery of people with mental illness through housing, employment + education and support services. • Manage full cycle recruitment for unionized, exempt and leadership positions: posting jobs, screening applicants, interviewing top candidates, completing reference checks and criminal records checks, preparing offer letters, obtaining and entering new hire paperwork and onboarding • Maintain and update ATS and HRIS • Partner with hiring teams to understand their current and future hiring needs • Advise hiring managers on collective agreement terms and internal best practices • Participate in networking events, university career fairs and job fairs both in person and virtually • Review and revise internal policies and procedures • Report recruitment metrics to the Senior Executive Team quarterly
