About

I am an Infrastructure Planner and public-sector strategist with more than a decade of experience advancing complex infrastructure programs across Missouri and the Midwest. My career spans statewide program leadership, asset and capital planning, and the delivery of data-driven strategies that improve stewardship, accountability, and long-term financial outcomes. Most recently, I led and supported high-impact infrastructure initiatives—from launching Missouri’s $265M ARPA Broadband Infrastructure Program to advising rural ISPs, electric cooperatives, and public entities on funding strategy, compliance, and execution. In these roles, I became known for translating complex policy and regulatory frameworks into practical, actionable plans that accelerate delivery while maintaining audit-ready compliance. Today, as an Infrastructure Planner with the Missouri Department of Conservation, I focus on infrastructure asset management, lifecycle analysis, capital planning, and policy development. I work closely with leadership, budget teams, and planners to analyze data, inform maintenance and investment decisions, and support long-range planning aligned with organizational goals. I bring a collaborative, analytical approach to infrastructure planning—equally comfortable working with data, facilitating cross-disciplinary coordination, and communicating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. What motivates me is durable impact: building systems, processes, and plans that help public institutions manage infrastructure responsibly and serve communities effectively for the long term. If you’re interested in infrastructure strategy, asset management, or public-sector planning, I’m always open to connecting.
