Maintain conditions ready to use Equipment such as danfoss hydraulic pump, screw pump, DOP pump, GTA pump, wilden diaphragm pump, valve and instrumentation, rotating and static equipment, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic power and istalation, diesel engine John deere, Perkins, Cummins , Hatz, Deutz, Kohler, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, and gasoline engine powet etc. Assist efectiveness and follow up the project progress with Oracle Primavera and CMMS. Assist the maintenance report. Doing safety permit regulation LOTO, JSA, JHA, TRA, PTW, MSDS, and working permit. Prepare schedule of preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance. Doing field maintenance activity on both onshore and offshore field. Maintaining parts condition especially quantity stock, and specification. Technical service contract maintenace for rental equipment and reviewing validation NDT document equipment. Maintain good relationship to client and doing field duty assesment, commisioning, maintenance and wetdrill trainee to client and arrange rental equipment document. Partcipate in the survey team to confirm the incident and identify its scale and accordingly, reports findings to enable efficient and informed decision making at management level. Execute the preparation of the emergency site for oil spill and HNS materials removal and disposal. Arrange and recruit local worker to clean up oil spill. Assist in the development of emergency reports. Arrange Oil Spill Contingency Plans Report. Stores, maintain the equipment during operation and rehabilitation after operation. Execute work order, material requisition, and RFM for warehouse or purcasing. Improving eficient material or work plan in maintenance division. Execute and comunicate with vendor to improving efectiveness fabrication and maintenance.
