About

I design and build AI systems that connect directly to revenue. At Info-Tech Research Group, I work in GTM Engineering, designing and deploying the automation infrastructure that powers how the firm acquires, activates, and retains its 30,000+ member base. My work sits at the intersection of AI, product development, and sales operations, turning manual GTM processes into scalable, intelligent systems. Before this, I founded Leverage Strategies, a consultancy focused on helping revenue leaders implement AI across their go-to-market operations. I've built AI-powered sales systems, CRM architectures, prospecting infrastructure, and workflow automation for companies ranging from early-stage startups to $2M+ ARR platforms, with a focus on measurable outcomes over strategy decks. I came to this work through an unusual path. I spent four years as a Product Manager at Looka, where I helped scale a machine learning-powered platform to over a million users, managed core AI algorithm development, and launched the company's first recurring revenue product line. I then embedded inside Info-Tech's enterprise sales operation to study how large-scale revenue organizations actually function, the pipeline mechanics, the tech stack friction, the gaps where process breaks down. That frontline perspective is rare for someone in a product or engineering role, and it shapes everything I build. I also research and write about the macro forces reshaping how organizations generate revenue, focused on how frontier AI capabilities are restructuring enterprise value chains and what that means for the leaders managing the transition. My work draws on institutional research, applied AI deployment, and the emerging academic literature on technology-driven organizational transformation. I publish regularly here on LinkedIn ► Currently accepting select advisory engagements for revenue leaders and founders navigating AI implementation across their GTM operations. Founded a consultancy focused on a thesis: that AI was about to collapse the cost structure of enterprise revenue operations, and most companies weren't ready. I built the practice to close the gap between what frontier AI models could do and what organizations were actually doing with them. ► Designed and deployed agentic AI systems using Claude, GPT, and open-source models for enterprise clients, orchestrating multi-agent workflows across sales automation, CRM architecture, prospecting infrastructure, and end-to-end revenue operations using LangGraph and CrewAI ► Built production applications from concept through launch in Python and TypeScript/Node.js, deploying on AWS with Docker containers, REST API integrations, and CI/CD pipelines connecting LLMs to live business systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal data warehouses ► Implemented RAG pipelines for enterprise clients, integrating proprietary business data into LLM-powered tools with structured retrieval, embedding search, and AI observability guardrails to ensure output accuracy and compliance in production environments ► Engineered data pipelines using SQL, Spark, and dbt to feed AI systems with clean, structured inputs, enabling intelligent lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, and automated reporting across client revenue operations ► Trained executives, revenue leaders, and technical teams on applied AI implementation including Claude Code, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning fundamentals (LoRA, PEFT), LLM evaluation frameworks, and AI-assisted development tooling ► Published original research and frameworks on AI-native go-to-market operations, adopted by revenue leaders navigating the shift from manual GTM to autonomous, agent-driven revenue systems ► Exposed to 15+ enterprise environments across industries, studying how AI adoption patterns differ by organizational maturity, tech stack complexity, and leadership readiness for technology-driven transformation

► After four years in product management at Looka, I made a deliberate decision to leave the product track and embed myself inside a live enterprise sales operation. ► By 2022, the trajectory was clear to me. Large language models and agentic AI were going to fundamentally restructure how organizations generate revenue. Every manual process in the GTM stack, from prospecting to pipeline management to forecasting, was heading toward full automation within the decade. Early academic and institutional research was already confirming what I was seeing in the product world: the entire revenue operations layer was about to be rebuilt. ► I had spent years building products for end users. What I didn't have was firsthand operational fluency in how enterprise sales organizations actually work at scale: the CRM architecture, the handoff points, the pipeline mechanics, the places where human process creates friction and revenue gets left on the table. I needed that perspective before I could build the AI systems that would replace those workflows. ► So I stepped into Info-Tech's enterprise sales organization deliberately. I worked across the full front-of-funnel lifecycle: prospecting, outbound engagement, pipeline development, and CRM management within Salesforce and Salesloft. I studied how a 30,000+ member research and advisory firm structures its revenue engine from the inside. ► That experience became the foundation for Leverage Strategies and the AI-powered GTM systems I now design and build. It gave me something most product and engineering professionals don't have: the ability to see both sides of the equation, how technology gets built and how revenue actually gets generated.
