For over 27 years I have devoted myself to serving others in many industries. In the last 11 years I have been serving Hotels and Resorts exclusively, with the purpose of learning how to creating a Professional Service Company that is equivalent and higher than to the level of expectation of our client that we serve. To me integrity, honor and respect, not price, are the keys to having a successful long term relationship even in this highly competitive Industry of serving hotel & resorts. I believe we need to have a proactive approach to know our clients’ needs before they do and to have the know-how to fill those needs regardless of what they may be. This is taking ownership of what we do, applying work ethics, professionalism, communication, training & developing Managers and an Executive Staff that will support their Team as a Family. We understand that these qualities are not just talked about or written down, but earned out of hard work and doing what you say. It's always a good idea to under promise and over deliver always seeking that "WOW" from our clients. I have always had a strong pull to make things better or improved; either in one’s self, in others, or in service/serving. I believe this is a field that greatly needs modernization in professionalism, communication, service equipment and training. It's time we catch up with the rest of the Hospitality Industry and stop just being janitors for hire. Once a General Managers told me, "Hotel's are the place guests should come and be WOW'd, then they’ll leave with a feeling they have been served beyond their expectations”. Out of this "Core Value" our colleagues would know that we allowed them a chance to see & do something greater than they have done before, whereby becoming more than they were before. We should strive to anticipate the needs of our Clients and let your “yes be yes” and your “no be no”. We all should live to serve - for the Glory always falls on the servant! Love others....

Serving youth helping them find an eternal relationship with a living God and Jesus Christ through a heart of love and the word of God. One act or random kindness a day can change the world. Developed and managed the Marketing and Operations with direct support to the President and Management Staff. Served as the go to guy to establish, maintain, improve, oversee, and inspect, over 25 Hotels is California, Nevada & Arizona. Responsible for the relationships with Clients of each hotel by serving, inspections, providing special projects, recommending improvement, and assisting Hotel Executive & Management Teams. Oversee and develop new cleaning procedures and specialized cleaning programs for Four & Five Diamond hotel. Created a reputation of professionalism and trust with Executive Staff and General Managers. Improved the condition of the hotel and resorts we severed by applied experience & innovating and new ways to get the job done better and faster, solved needs for clients and helped train managers and subordinate staff.. Handled and oversaw Marketing & Advertising program, Quality control, new and revised Management Programs, and Trouble-Shooter when needed to resolve issues. Responsible for increasing Annual Revenue Tenfold (1,000%) in Ten years. Worked with a positive attitude and voice of encouragement to staff and employees. Meet some great people and made some amazing friends in this ever changing industry. But most of all I enjoyed helping others to produce something that they could be proud of! Now that's fulfillment!
Created and established a new company that found unique products from the Far East Orient that we brought to the US and provided to exclusive companies to retail. Started as a small 3 person business and quickly grew to a large distributorship through directed marketing, experience buyers of special product from Far East. Served large retail and wholesale outlet with unique products. Set up and oversaw Branch Company in South Korea & Thailand. Developed, trained and managed marketing, trade shows, advertising, operations & distribution within United States.
Worked with Criminal Investigation and Personnel Management, Served my country for over 22 years 16 of those years in Thailand, Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
