Before joining Blattner, I spent over eight years with Express Employment Professionals in St. Cloud, MN, where I advanced from an Employment Specialist (full-cycle recruiting) to Office Manager. In that time, I built strong relationships with local businesses, streamlined hiring processes, and developed a deep understanding of both client and candidate needs.
