Overseeing the full end to end recruitment cycle within MEA ( from Associate to Partner) and part of the EMEA recruiting team - reporting to the Head of Experienced Hires EMEA&US - Managing a team of 2 Coordinators
CTPartners' Dubai office closed in June 2015 following the global shutdown of the firm. General Responsibilities: - Compilation of target lists - Compile mapping documentation and organization charts as the base for research utilizing a mixture of “desk” ( Database, Internet, Newspapers etc.) and telephone based research - Conduct extensive sourcing and referencing of candidates - Proven ability to generate qualified candidates for a project, knowledgeable of the search process and the use of all systems - Identify and approach suitable candidates - Prepare profiles and long lists for the consulting teams - Arrange and confirm interviews and prepare candidates reports on short listed candidates - Maintain an up to date working knowledge of industry trends and human capital related events (i.e. personnel movement, market sentiment, salaries, etc.) - Ensure a consistently high level of Information Management (control database information; updating and entry) - Provide information on potential clients before the Partners initial visit - Understand fully the comprehensive specifications of clients’ business, culture and requirements - Ensure a constant dialog with Directors and Partners to provide a seamless flow of market and candidate information - Meet prospective candidates and clients when appropriate Achievements: - Worked on 20 projects, within different industries that include: Steel, Energy, Power, Chemicals, Banks, Financial Institutions, Family Businesses and Government Entities. - Worked on conducting senior level search positions, sourcing locally and internationally from across the GCC (mostly UAE and Saudi Arabia), Egypt, Europe and the United States. Among these positions are: CEO, CFO, CHRO, General Manager, Vice Presidents of Facilities and Head of Departments. - Delivered shortlists by 60 days and placements by 100 days. - Worked on Government assignments, recruiting UAE Nationals.
