At Level Water we have a clear goal: to get more children with disabilities swimming. • Delivering a national review of Walking for Health's training programme • Developing an innovative training model to be rolled out to over 400 trainers • Delivering train the trainer training to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds • Writing and producing online video tutorials for Walking for Health's central database • Conducting a national evaluation of volunteer management within Walking for Health • Building and maintaining relationships with 60 delivery partners to assure quality of service through visits, email,and phone support • Supporting design of evaluation of delivery partners' engagement with target groups • Developing internal cloud-based database for both CRM and reporting functions • Observing and supporting trainers across the country to assure quality of service
