Leading a multidisciplinary organization responsible for delivering complex, mission-critical solutions across structured cabling, AV, DAS/ERRCS, security, and technology infrastructure. I oversee strategic growth, operational performance, and client engagement across a diverse portfolio that includes Fortune 100 technology companies, healthcare systems, advanced research facilities, and high-rise commercial development. Key focus areas include: • Division-level leadership driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence • Executive oversight of major pursuits, RFP strategy, and long-range business planning • Partnering with clients to deliver high-quality, scalable technology infrastructure solutions • Developing and mentoring high-performing project, field, and engineering teams • Strengthening PRIME’s position as a trusted partner for complex, fast-paced, and high-visibility projects I am passionate about building high-performing teams, elevating technical delivery, and shaping PRIME’s long-term success in the technology infrastructure space.
I am working with the technologies side at Cochran. I run and oversee our installations of copper and fiber cabling infrastructures. Currently located out of our Microsoft office.
