Together with my trusted team—many of whom I partnered with at Welltok, where we raised $250 million, acquired seven companies, and became leaders in healthcare consumer engagement—we’re creating solutions that drive real value for payers and consumers alike. in the last three years, we’ve raised $40 million, launched two groundbreaking software products, secured strategic partnerships with Costco and Visa, and expanded our footprint to over 1 million members. Prior to Sunny, I served as a founder, CEO/COO, and investor, with a proven track record of building high-growth technology companies and creating shareholder value. My experience includes multiple successful exits, including mergers, acquisitions, increased valuations, and IPOs. Along the way, I’ve helped scale businesses across 30 countries, served on the boards of multiple companies, universities, and non-profits, and refined a process for leading startups through exponential growth.
