Senior all-source intelligence professional with extensive experience supporting U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and joint operations. Presently serving as the Senior Enlisted Intelligence Leader within the 194th Air Support Operations Group (ASOG), responsible for developing, leading, and managing training and readiness for intelligence elements at the 194th ASOG and subordinate Air Support Operations Squadrons (ASOS) and Weather Flight (WF). Acting as the primary intelligence advisor to the Group Commander and Ground Component Commander in partnership with U.S. Army I Corps and 1st ASOG. Responsible for allocating training resources and developing career guidance for all enlisted intelligence personnel within the organization as the Senior Enlisted Leader, while also serving as the unit Intelligence Oversight (IO) Program Monitor and Security Manager. Developed the first-ever Annual Training Plan for WA ANG TACP intelligence support. Tasked with creating threat briefings and current intelligence updates in support of Tactical Air Control Parties (TACPs), and fulfilling key roles as an Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Liaison Officer (ISRLO) and Intelligence Duty Technician (IDT) in support of the Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) mission set. Routinely serves as an instructor, providing ISRLO Mission Qualification Training (MQT) to active-duty counterparts in coordination with 1st ASOG and other Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR) elements assigned to Pacific Air Forces (PACAF).
Served as Principal Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst and Team Manager supporting U.S. Army I Corps, FORSCOM, and USARPAC. Provided daily support to the Senior Intelligence Officer (SIO), meeting Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), Indications and Warnings (I&W), and force protection needs. Contributed to lethal/non-lethal targeting, Battle Damage Assessment (BDA), sentiment analysis, and exercise planning. Researched, collected, analyzed, and developed OSINT products to enhance situational awareness and inform operational planning. Delivered timely open-source analysis for ongoing operations, emerging threats, and near- to long-term strategic planning to support senior Army decision-makers. Led analyst training and oversight, providing weekly intelligence briefings to I Corps leadership. Maintained daily coordination with the Analysis Control Element (ACE) Collection Requirements Manager (CRM) to ensure OSINT fusion with all-source intelligence products. Managed downtrace OSINT operations below the Corps level, overseeing Tier 0/1 Army OSINT Office (AOO) tools, training, and resources across four geographically dispersed teams comprising up to 20 analysts. Acted as a subject matter expert (SME), frequently consulted by senior Army leaders for education on OSINT/PAI capabilities, doctrine, and policy, and by industry partners in tool development. Successfully piloted and operationalized advanced OSINT technologies against national adversaries, creating training and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that established new standards for the OSINT community within USINDOPACOM.
Served as both a lead full-time federal technician Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) analyst instructor and a Drill-Status Guardsman (DSG). NGA/AFP4 certified in Precision Point Mensuration (PPM) and served as a Publicly Available Information (PAI)/Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Subject Matter Expert (SME). Also certified as an Intermediate Target Development (ITD) analyst. Developed and delivered Initial and Mission Qualification Training (IQT/MQT), producing valuable targeting and all-source analysis lessons and academic curriculum for analyst qualification and upgrade training. Participated in theater-scale combat targeting exercises. Performed as the lead NCO supervisor for multiple Target Systems Analysis (TSA) missions. Served as the primary Army Foundry Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) instructor and trainer assigned to U.S. Army I Corps in support of INSCOM and the Army OSINT Office (AOO), delivering instruction for the OS301 Basic Open Source Intelligence Course (BOSIC) and OS302 Analytic Tools Course at Fort Lewis, WA. Provided in-depth OSINT training to U.S. Army intelligence units and joint-force partners, including the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), as well as federal partners such as U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Experienced in performing systematic OSINT collection, processing, and analysis of publicly available information (PAI), utilizing the latest U.S. Army-provisioned tools and platforms, and qualified to train others in those tools and techniques. Coordinated with senior government and military leadership to define classroom and systems requirements and ensure program needs were fully understood and supported, while also assisting in the management of program resources. Actively promoted U.S. Army OSINT training opportunities throughout the Pacific Northwest and INDOPACOM. Developed and implemented a robust OS301 BOSIC training schedule at JBLM, WA, to provide optimal OSINT training support to deploying combat units, including Special Operations Forces (SOF) and members of the U.S. Intelligence Community.
