My current interest reside in the balance of AI use the human in the loop. Building out automated workflows to kickstart development and create centralized documentation. I have recently created Kwik Trip's retail semantic search ability leveraging these new tools which I have presented to our department of how this can be scaled out to other teams through a live demo. This has helped the company to aid with troubleshooting, maintenance, and discoverability using natural language that levels the playing field. I have built out reusable AI workflows for ticket ingestion, to flushing out requirements, automated self documentation, and a deliverable with a human in the loop. Another project/challenge of mine was to build out our internal store information MCP that surfaces information using common natural language. This is currently used by multiple teams that aids in bridging the technical gap and surfaces vital information to our business users based on store meta data. I have also headed up the re-architecture of the Kwik Trip authentication process saving a substantial amount of money along the way annually. This is something that I started no knowing much about but was able to quickly navigate the process and implement a solid solution within our cloud environment. A recent accomplishment of mine has been to lean down our cloud solutions that didn't sacrifice dependability or usability within our cloud sector. Making changes to drop our cloud expenditure by 90% in multiple systems. I am experienced in proficient in C#, Rest API, Azure functions, building out reusable AI workflows, SQL, Cosmos DB, CICD, GIT, and various JavaScript frameworks. My internal drive is to expand my knowledge of coding practices and techniques so that I can build a better product. Thinking ahead and being proactive instead of reactive. Spending the time upfront to architect applications correctly the first time around.

Working to produce new software features and improve existing ones in order to provide a better CRM experience.
