Manage the Amazon content team to make sure all listings are active and accurate including A+ & EBC content, twistering and optimizing the keywords. Helped create Scosche's first ever "Certified Refurbished" program. Using my merchandising expertise I use “cost of money” logic to take advantage of lower costs when it makes sense and review & approve PO's. I manage our overstock and disco/EOL product by working with our sales team, negotiating deals and managing our closeout/liquidation dealers. Create Scosche's National Promo Calendar plus all of the promotions for our web site including Daily Deal, Bundles, Affiliate offerings and coupons. Currently, I manage of team of 5 but I work with many others across several departments plus manage 3 agencies .

Responsible for improving the content, layout, functionality, product presentation, SEO, marketing and sales on the Boss International Group websites: bossaudio.com, planetaudio.com, soundstormlab.com, nyne.com Launched Etilize for content data syndication, Social Annex for a Loyalty program. Partnered with a 3P to creates A+ content on Amazon on over 300 ASIN's. Launched Boss Audio's eBay and Amazon Seller Central stores. Improved sales on the web site by over 50% and more than tripled Boss's DTC sales.
