I like winning! I come by it honestly, with a father who was a member of the 1960 USA Ice Hockey team that shocked the Canadians and the Russians and the world to become the original "Miracle On Ice". We don't talk about it much, but it's important here because it framed my perspective on life and business, that anything is possible regardless of the odds, when you build the best team, develop a game plan for success, and execute...relentlessly. Seeing my dad's gold medal in it's simple wooden frame on our living room wall as a kid was a constant reminder of what success and winning looks like and proof that lofty goals can be achieved with the right mix of hard work, dedication, and commitment. I've lead sales teams in Minneapolis, Denver, Detroit, Phoenix, and Hartford over my 36 years career, working for great companies like Petry Television, Gannett Broadcasting and Tribune Broadcasting. Now, I have the good fortune to lead the sales efforts for Hubbard Broadcasting and it’s television and digital properties in the Twin Cities of Minneapolis-St. Paul. A pioneering broadcast family with almost a century of innovation and leadership in our industry, it’s the first company I ever worked for way back in high school and college. I’m thrilled to be back home personally and professionally to join the Hubbard team and serve the needs of our customers with a suite of rich and results-driven assets.
