I have about 25 years of experience in the field of apartment maintenance. This includes cabinetry, ceramic tile installation, plumbing, electrical repair and troubleshooting, drywall and plaster repairs and painting. I also have around 20 years of experience with hvac systems and I have a journeyman license for hvac. I am currently attending Ivy Tech for Automotive Technology and would like to find work in this field, but I am open to other things like apartment maintenance too.
