About

Autonomy is hard...Building it responsibly for combat is even harder. After a career as a test pilot in the US Air Force, I imagine a future where deterrence hinges on collaborative human machine teams working as one. At Scientific Systems I am proud that we're delivering collaborative autonomy software to elevate human performance for competitive advantage across land, sea, air, and space. By integrating autonomy and AI products into today's combat systems we have the opportunity to deliver a very real tactical advantage for America and our Allies. On the modern battlefield, whoever integrates these new tools the fastest, and most effectively, wins. During my time in both government service and the private sector I've championed any technology that helps Warfighters make better and more informed decisions in the heat of battle. By breaking traditional vendor lock and democratizing software development on existing and future combat systems we make sure our Airmen, Guardians, Marines, Sailors, and Soldiers return home safely. With the National Defense shift to embrace open systems and third party software suppliers, now is the perfect time to make our Warfighters more lethal and survivable than ever before. At Scientific Systems, we are doing just this, deploying our software into heterogeneous hardware that transcends individual domains and military services. In the end, I see a future where we can offload risk and routine to free our service members to focus on what matters most: Outpacing our adversaries in all domains.
