I am a forward thinking finance and operations professional who has led the company through its transition from its franchise model to a corporately run operation. Having to initially set up the financial systems, procedures and personnel, responsibilities then shifted to growing the corporate operations in the Midwest from less than $1M annual revenue to nearly 85M. I am a team builder and mentor rather than an autocrat. I would not be where I am today without the efforts of each individual hired. I believe in empowering my teams and team members, nurturing thoughtful decision making and understanding their motivations. I embrace and encourage change, process improvements and growth amongst my offices and my staff. Nothing is more gratifying than to see one of your staff members grow, succeed and earn a promotion and knowing in some small way you contributed.
