So what my role was based around was speaking on the phone to resolve issues other TM’s (Territory Managers) had – Manage monthly drop plans for the clinics we work with and company’s (Pets at home etc.). I also had to speak to the vets to try introducing them to certain drugs they may not have heard of or may need In the future. I have been on a number of trips (London – Chester – Reading 0- Leicester) these are for team meetings – to meeting clients to self-teaching.
With this role I was constantly interacting with all the customers, to find out what they need help with and offer my help and assistance. I used my strong problem solving skills to make sure the customer always left satisfied. I was also on the tills therefore I needed to be able to deal with money and transactions with the customers purchases.
I had to deal with organizing the party and the times. So I would chose 'x' amount of time for this activity then 'z' amount of time for the other whilst still fitting in lunch as there was a certain amount of time each party had (Depending on how long they had booked the party for). I also would have to speak to the parents on the phone to arrange the party and deal with problems or cancelations etc.
