Develop and manage the production plan for 3 production lines, 1 semi-finished goods machine, manual rework and quality check operations ,for the current month and one month in advance as forecast. Create the production calendar plan based on defined quotas, ensuring clear visibility of planned production dates for each order. Continuously update the production plan to accommodate new requests and issue production orders accordingly. The following factors are taken into account while forming the production plan: 1. Raw material availability 2. Customer-requested delivery dates 3. Machine formats and setup plans for the upcoming two-month period Other responsibilities related to production planning: 1. Organize and coordinate truck loading and transport planning from the main factory in Ukraine, ensuring timely supply of raw materials required for production. 2. At the end of each month, prepare a structured production report covering: - Total quantity of finished goods produced per machine and overall - Time consumed on format changes - Production productivity according to quota - Explanations for partial stoppages or non-working days - Forecasts for the following month, including planned finished goods output and scheduled days off
Project manager for ERP implementation. As project manager, my first responsibility was to study and modify the contract between our company and the company we choose to work with for the implementation of ERP. Afterwards, I had the following responsibilities: 1. Form a clear structured budget that represents the work scope and the costs for the implementation of ERP. 2. Organize training meetings with each department. 3. Collect ideas and suggestions from the team, and suggest modification within the current system presented by the ERP software provider. 4. In the case of payable changes ( big changes not supported by the main functionalities of the ERP system ), a special request had to be made towards the ERP software provider to declare the cost of the change. After making sure that the change will satisfy our needs, we would declare if the cost justify the functionality, and move forwards with the project. 5. Organize data migration and preparation for GO-LIVE. 6. Establish support post GO-LIVE, according to our needs.
Maintain ongoing communication with 115 suppliers to ensure the timely availability of materials required for production, as well as with the spare parts department to confirm the availability of materials and assemblies from production. Main Responsibilities: 1. Inform suppliers about new purchase orders and request, analyze, and select order confirmations. 2. Request and follow up on due orders and materials required for the upcoming short-term period. 3. Organize transportation for materials prepared by suppliers. 4. Confirm spare parts orders based on the availability of warehouse stock or production capacity. 5. Monitor existing spare parts orders and classify them according to their current status. 6. Maintain close collaboration with internal production and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfillment of spare parts orders.
