I am a Graduate Research Assistant & Instructor, engaged in a praxis of community-engaged leadership, and culturally-responsive school leadership. My research focus is grounded in youth voice, where I partner with youth organizations to sustain transformative approaches to youth being recognized as agentic decision-makers.

      Leadership in the Organizational Context is a course that critically engages 25 undergraduate students through looking inward and building community while engaging with leadership theories and reflecting on personal lived experiences, and current events. Students participate in discussions, presentations, and engage in praxis through applying leadership theories in their own lives. My teaching style is grounded in constructivist, critical theory, and positive youth development paradigms that seek to bring people together, and sustain an inclusive learning community.

I also co-facilitate one of the first LGBTQIA+ youth groups in the Northeast Kingdom.
