I joined Ferguson in 2009 when the company acquired our pure play, ecommerce company (Faucet.com). At Ferguson, I had the opportunity to support many facets of the business over 14+ years. As a digital commerce leader, I've focused on creating relevant digital customer experiences in support of B2B and B2C omni-channel goals. My initial focus was on improving the customer experience for the decorative products/showroom business. This was accomplished by leveraging our websites to provide easy to use tools for our associates and customers to aid in product presentation and selection. Then in 2017, I focused on supporting the more traditional B2B trade segments, creating more integrated omni channel customer experiences and easy to use self service features on Ferguson.com. In 2021, I took on the responsibility for accelerating our integrated S2S capabilities. Improving our ability to provide real time product, pricing, inventory, quote/ordering, and invoicing integrations with our larger customers and industry leading SaaS partners.
