Yazaki Europe (EMEA) • Managed regional project to define and implement the business process landscape for new Electronics and Connection Systems (ECS) division, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Operating System (EOS) processes and IATF 16949 standards compliance. • Led the analysis of existing processes in BIC, determining applicability and driving standardization activities across two divisions to ensure alignment and IATF compliance within the shared EOS platform. • Provided training, coaching, and support to cross-functional teams on process optimization, simplification, and new process development in BIC, ensuring proper documentation, governance, and industry compliance.
