- Support client onboarding process for various martech solutions such as Airbridge, Amplitude and Braze - Conduct solutions training and consulting sessions designed for customer success - Provide appropriate guidance on data planning and pipeline based on a solid understanding of SDKs, APIs and solutions - Build strong relationship with clients through ongoing solution support - Participate in product improvement via customer feedback
