She is am MPhil Public Policy Candidate at the University of Cambridge, where her research will focus on climate-smart agriculture, green growth, and institutional reform. Damilola is particularly interested in how policy can unlock economic opportunity through education, technology, and sustainable enterprise models. She is committed to influencing inclusive policymaking across West Africa, amplifying the voices of underrepresented communities, and building systems that enable young people to thrive. Which includes staff management, hiring and training, as well as monitoring and improving key performance indicators like cycle time and cost savings. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of InternSify, I focused on managing the company's day-to-day operations and implementing the CEO's strategic vision. InternSify is an edtech that focused on providing internships to African youth, centered on the execution and scaling of its programs.
