About

I am a Public Health and Research & Development professional with a growing track record in translational research, epidemiology, evidence generation, and data-informed decision-making across global health contexts. The core of what I do is grounded in one question: how do we turn research into interventions, policies, and products that improve health outcomes at scale? At the moment, I am a PhD researcher at Coventry University, where I investigate movement behaviours and cardiometabolic health in Black adults. A work that sits at the intersection of preventive medicine, health equity, and clinical relevance. My broader research interests span cardiometabolic health, adolescent health, emerging contaminants, the built environment, and population-level health outcomes. The technical skills I bring to the table include: • Evidence synthesis using systematic reviews and meta-analysis • Quantitative and Computational analysis, statistical computing, and data visualisation (including R, SPSS, and Excel) • Scientific writing, research proposal development, and knowledge translation • Implementation research and impact measurement • Multi-stakeholder collaboration across academic, industrial, and public health settings I am especially interested in roles within global health programmes, WHO-type institutions, and environments where rigorous science, translational thinking, and equitable impact matter.
