Not an executive "exploring AI," but someone building with it every single day. I've spent 25+ years leading transformation at scale. I built a programmatic media operation from one person to USD$500M revenue across 24 EMEA markets. I led an emergency reinvention of a USD$1.3B global advertising business. I architected a new AI-enabled media operating model at Accenture Song. I succeed at these builds because I'm equally effective in the boardroom and on the front line. I can hold my own with a board or C-suite on strategy and commercial outcomes, then go deep into the build, deploying, debugging, and scaling right where real work happens, with real people and real systems. That's how I spend my days now too. Building applications, deploying systems within organisations, and working directly with the latest AI models. I built it with my own parents in mind, knowing AI had reached a point where it could genuinely help preserve life stories and weave them into something lasting. ItsMy is a technology and services business in the Insurance industry where I serve as Fractional Chief AI Officer, working with the leadership team on advanced AI applications across ItsMy's clients. I write about AI-native workflows and the future of knowledge work — the shift from AI-assisted to AI-first, the transformation underway in white-collar professions, and practical AI fluency. I built it initially with my own mother and father in mind - knowing that AI capability had progressed to a point that it could be truly helpful in capturing life stories and intelligently weaving narratives.
