My expertise lies in how platforms generate growth through attention, influence and trust, and how organisations (brands, media groups, institutions and leaders) translate visibility into commercial, corporate and institutional outcomes. I work across platform strategy, monetisation models, partnerships and regulation, supporting executive teams in navigating complex, high-exposure environments and making clear, long-term decisions. My role focuses on harnessing the power of AI and digital technologies to propel Banijay into the future, ensuring that we remain leaders in the entertainment industry by delivering innovative, data-driven, and personalized content experiences.
