Damien Rousseau has 22 years of professional experience, with a strong background in finance (14 years) as CFO and Financial manager, both in France and abroad (UK), within major international industrials and services companies. He had been a consultant for 5 years, first at Ineum Consulting (Previously Deloitte), then with his own consulting company specialized in Organization & Finance (MTBLO), after having co-created and partnered in a family investments fund (Arsonval development) as Vice President Investments. He joined the Instruments Division of Essilor in 2011 as Chief Financial Officer of the Instruments Division. He was responsible for the management of finance, covering all entities of the instruments Division, as well as head of IT and Purchasing and Sourcing departments. He also led the change management projects for the Instruments Division, in particular in the field of distribution optimization or new businesses development. Since 2014, Damien has been appointed VP Americas of the Instruments Division, based in Dallas, TX. He manages the continuous business development of the Instruments Division in North and South America. He is directly managing Stereo-Optical and Essilor Instruments U.S. activity and he is also in charge of the acquisition in Americas Region
