Project Manager on Major EPC Projects. Management of full middle size EPC projects (up to USD 200 Millions) or part of Major EPC Project (Total Projects size > USD 10 billions) With more than 10-year experience in Project Management in Oil & Gas Industry as well as Petrochemical Industry, I have strong abilities to achieve project goals in the complex environment of mega projects like YAMAL LNG or AGPP (>USD 10 billion), which require unique coordination abilities for high integrated interface level between sub-projects or packages. The breakdown of mega projects gives me the opportunity to manage parts of project or full project until USD 200 million. Able to manage highly integrated and complex project organization, I have a well-balanced Project Management profile with 25% Engineering / 25% Procurement / 50% Construction, allowing me to cover all EPC phases until successful close-out. My significant construction experience, combined with daily HSE focus, allowed me to have track records in HSE. Net Zero Teesside Power Project - Power Plant & 2MTPA Carbon Capture - EPC LSTK Client: NZT-NEP (JV between BP, Equinor, Total) EPC / > USD 4 billions / Onshore / United Kingdom Main responsibilities: Directly in charge of the Project Operations (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre-Com/Com/SU), for the entire scope Sharing responsibilities of the full EPC with Executive Project Director of the Consortium Multi-center execution with 4 Engineering Offices, includign the Main Home Office in Paris, 2 Fabrications Yards (Absorber and 12 Process Modules Fabrication), UK/Site consturction activities with a nominated Subcontractor.
Borouge4 - More than 1.5 MTPA Gas Cracker - EPC LSTK Client: BOROUGE (Borealis/ADNOC) EPC / > USD 1.5 billions / Onshore / UAE Main responsibilities: Sharing responsibilities of the full EPC with Consortium Project Director, including Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning and Start-up. Multi-center execution with 4 Engineering Offices and a local Construction Partner.
Borouge4 - 1.5 MTPA Gas Cracker - FEED Competition Client: BOROUGE (Borealis/ADNOC) FEED Phase + EPC Proposal / >150.000Mhrs / Onshore / UAE Main responsibilities: FEED Project Manager in charge of delivering the FEED engineering package in accordance with the EPC RFT, coordinating x3 Operating Centers. Preparation of the EPC proposal
- KCROP Project, KSA Offshore: Project Manager One new accommodation platforms, 2 new well-head platforms, 2 new Power Distribution platforms and Refurbishment of 2 existing control and living platforms. Project Manager in charge of the Refurbishment part of the project for 50 MUSD (under a Project Director managing the overall project). Barge (Falcon Warrior) and Vessels spread - 150 workers on site for a overall project team of 300 pers. - ASAB3 Project, UAE onshore: Warranty and Completion Manager Project budget of more than 400 MUSD - New Booster station, Pipeline and LNG plant extension.
