• Worked on the development of the future of client experience for Audemars Piguet Boutiques and Houses across network of 17 markets worldwide and 100 points of sales. • Wrote the Hospitality Playbook with fundamentals of the hospitality vision for Audemars Piguet. • Developed bespoke experiences for VVIP guests visiting our museum and manufacture at Le Brassus leading a team of 15 people. • Led and coached team leaders to meet performance targets and deliver operational excellence. • Developed several unique brand collaborations to enhance client experience. • Led partnership between AP and EHL within the Institute of Customer Experience Management.
