Formulate objectives, organize approach, and monitor inter-connected projects. Coordinate internal resources and third-party firms for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure communication flows within Labs and across the different partner firms. Establish, manage, and maintain relationships with partner firms and internal teams. Manage contracts and terms for partners. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress. Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques including risk assessments. Report and escalate to management as needed
Develops the program strategy and the various enterprise-wide high-level project plans with scope and approach are fully understood by all partners. Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on objectives. Identifies and tracks key achievements and recommend adjustments to cross-functional team plans. Ensures accurate reflection of project/program budgets, forecasts and actuals with related tools. Monitors and communicates the progress of the delivery and ensures timely and effective communication of the status in terms of cost, forecast, schedule and assessment of risks/issues. Negotiates and influences cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the execution of the plan
Internal resources and third parties/vendors coordination; developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility; identifying and executing best practices to increase delivery, transparency, and quality; facilitating sprint roadmaps, planning sessions, and retrospectives; resource availability and allocation; using appropriate verification to manage changes in the project; measuring and presenting project performance for the client; performing risk management; creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Report on project status, issues, tasks, conflicts, and risks on a periodical basis to all stakeholders; Communication with clients and all involved parties; Estimate the resources and efforts for the projects/phases; Ensure quality of the process and deliverables: development process optimization; Guarantee successful time management; Control tasks and overall workflow in the team; Coordinate the work process of team members.
