Joined Riverbed ANZ in 2005 as the 2nd Employee and foundation member of a stunning team that grew massively to over USD$1b in global revenue and offices across AU/NZ with 60+ team members. Progressed into SE Leadership and managed the ANZ team of 15 SEs in parallel with acting in a Regional CTO role. Proud to have had extremely high team retention levels with many SEs having 7-10+ years with Riverbed.     After Skilled Migration to Australia, joined as a Senior Architect with Gen-i Australia, and was one of the earliest hires when Gen-i entered the Australian marketplace. Particular focus on presales, solutions design (with a hobby of technical documentation QA). Gen-i was a stunning organisation to work for, and had the pleasure of working with the most impressive technical team in Australia and New Zealand. During the 3.5 years at Gen-i, had the opportunity to lead a number of landmark Microsoft and Citrix implementations within the region - including some of the largest AD, Citrix and Exchange projects. Gen-i had a long history - rising from the ashes of Wang NZ and now part of Spark Digital (previously Telecom NZ). Even prior to its purchase by Telecom NZ, Gen-i had over 800 employees and was the largest ICT company in New Zealand with a rapidly increasing footprint in Australia.
