Responsible for the conception and the marketing of 4 major transformation plans for Belgium : Climate & Energy, Tax & Employment, Security & Justice and Health & Well-Being. These plans form the backbone of Les Engagés political program.
Nominee for the European Innovation in Politics Awards 2023, "Il fera beau demain - Mouvement Positif" is a democratic participatory process meant to design and launch a new political movement in Belgium. · Complex and high-stakes project design and coordination involving aspects of strategy, governance, collective intelligence, political content, public relations, marketing and community organizing. Proven agility in adapting projects to Covid times. · Line manager of 5 and responsible for i.a. 70 area-coordinators, the organization of Citizens Assemblies and other online and offline Collective Intelligence formats, the set-up and running of an online participatory platform and the synthesis of >2.000 citizen inputs.
· Advised MPs on economic policy and held the governement accountable in the fields of infrastructure & network industries (rail, telecom & postal services), public investment, state-owned companies, corporate law, scientific research, mobility & adapting to the digital revolution. · Liaised with civil society and interest groups, analysed and wrote law proposals and amendments, wrote speeches and op-eds and contributed to the 2019 election program.
