I co-founded The Bronx Brewery and led it for more than a decade, growing it from a scrappy idea into one of NYC’s Top 5 craft brands. That experience gave me a deep respect for the craft, the people, and the discipline required to run a real business, especially when industry conditions aren’t ideal.
