I lead Tech Operating Rhythm and Tech Ecosystem Planning within Intuit’s Office of the CTO, where I build and scale the AI-native mechanisms that power decision-making and execution across the Tech Ecosystem. My focus is on designing systems that increase clarity, eliminate friction, and enable outcomes at speed. I currently drive Intuit’s Technology Operating Rhythm, Strategic Planning Framework, and Executive Narrative Systems. These operating models are measured for effectiveness and enhanced with AI-native components — including predictive insights, sentiment scoring, and automated summaries — enabling faster, more informed decisions across engineering, product, and architecture. Previously, I served as Chief of Staff to Intuit’s Chief Architect and SVP of the Platform Acceleration Group, where I helped establish multiple global engineering organizations. I continue to partner closely with the CTO’s leadership team and support our technical strategy across platform, cloud, and strategic vendor domains. I’m most energized by work that transforms how organizations operate — blending data, architecture, and AI to turn complexity into clarity.
I lead The Tech Operating Rhythm and Tech Plannings pillars within Intuit’s Office of the CTO, where I design and scale the AI-native operating mechanisms that power execution across the Tech Ecosystem. I’m responsible for the Technology Operating Rhythm, Strategic Planning Framework, and our biannual CTO Leadership Offsite. These offsites bring together executive leaders across engineering, product, and platform to align on vision, priorities, and execution plans — and serve as a critical input to annual and continuous planning. All mechanisms are embedded with automation, sentiment feedback, and effectiveness scoring to ensure they continuously improve and adapt to the needs of a high-performing global org. I work closely with the CTO and his staff, and continue to collaborate with platform, architecture, and product leadership to turn strategy into action.
Served as Chief of Staff and Business Operations Lead to Intuit’s Chief Architect (now CTO) in the Platform Acceleration Group — a 900-person global engineering organization with a $300M budget. Led a 40-person Global Technical Program Management and Business Operations team supporting Architecture, Technology Futures, Identity, and Data Integration. Built and operationalized foundational components of Intuit’s Technology Operating Rhythm and Strategic Planning framework, which now scale across the Tech Ecosystem. Owned Tech Strategic Vendor Management — managing high-impact executive partnerships with AWS, GCP, and Salesforce. This included vendor diligence, cloud strategy alignment, and coordination of executive briefings and joint roadmap discussions. This role laid the groundwork for the AI-native operating model and Tech Strategic Programs function I lead today.
Led portfolio strategy and execution for Intuit’s most ambitious technology initiative — building the foundation for an AI-driven expert platform. Partnered with the CTO’s office to define and stand up the portfolio structure, operating rhythm, and executive oversight required to scale AI and data initiatives across the Tech Ecosystem. Worked cross-functionally across architecture, data, infrastructure, and product teams to translate platform vision into actionable, measurable programs. This role marked the beginning of Intuit’s AI-native transformation and laid the strategic groundwork for the Tech Strategic Programs function that followed.
Led Fitbit’s Technical Program Management Office — a global team of 50 TPMs and Scrum Masters — responsible for execution across software, mobile, cloud, platform, embedded systems, and hardware. Implemented a company-wide scaled Agile framework that unified execution across teams and improved delivery velocity by 33%. This work was featured in a published SAFe case study: 🔗 [Fitbit Case Study – Scaled Agile Framework](http://www.scaledagileframework.com/fitbit-case-study/) Oversaw annual planning, release governance, and delivery rhythms across product, engineering, infrastructure, and R&D — enabling greater predictability, cross-functional alignment, and speed to market.
Led program strategy and execution for Symantec’s Cloud Platform Engineering team — delivering OpenStack-based infrastructure and services powering next-gen cloud products. Managed Agile delivery, release governance, and team coordination across engineering, product, and operations. Helped scale a newly formed 150-person org with full end-to-end responsibility for infrastructure delivery. Championed the team’s transition to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), driving adoption across global engineering hubs. Regularly contributed Agile leadership content internally and externally — including estimation frameworks and Symantec’s SAFe transformation story. Worked closely with platform, security, and product leaders to build repeatable operating models and improve speed, visibility, and predictability.
