I’m a strategic marketing leader with over 20 years’ experience across retail, media and sport, focused on aligning brand, customer strategy and organisational growth. My career has been shaped by working in both commercial and stakeholder-driven environments, giving me a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to broader business outcomes. I’ve led CRM and lifecycle strategies, integrated campaigns and digital platforms that have improved engagement, influenced customer behaviour and supported sustainable growth. In my current role as General Manager, Marketing & Communications at UniSport Australia, I lead marketing, communications, digital and partnerships across the organisation, working closely with the CEO and executive team to deliver strategy aligned to whole-of-business priorities. I’ve delivered partnerships with brands including Guzman y Gomez, Red Bull, Mainfrieght and Molten, and previously led marketing in a retail environment with direct accountability for revenue and EBITDA performance, building CRM-driven customer strategies and performance-led channel approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes.
