Increased total user engagement at IGN.com by 8%. • Launched IGN Plus, IGN’s re-imagined premium subscription, taking the project from conception to delivery. Defined requirements, documented specs into tickets, and helped lead prioritization. Created two-sided model that was approved directly by CEO, COO, and SVP of Finance & Operations. • Built outbound lead scraper to grow therapist supply with a team of back-end engineers to automate ~90 hours of work per week.
